It is available for commercial use if you PAY to use it.I get contracts from companies who purchase licenses to use my art commercially. Unless something says stock and is in Resources>Stocks then it should not be used unless you specifically ask the artist's permission first. Or if they state in their comments that it may be used as Stock or in manipulations. That is how it has always worked here on deviantart. Those are deviantart's rules. I can see how you might have misinterpreted thinking that I said it could be used commercially for free, but that is not the case.
I will allow it this time, but please do not use any of my artwork again unless it is stock.
I do have a stock account :iconmoonchilde-stock: that has some space art for manipulations. Please read the rules there before using it.

I know dA rules and your other account v(didn't know it was yours by the way),
I can only express my sincere apologies,
We never pay attention enough ^^;
Well, I can still edit my artwork, I kept the PSD file,
I just used it as a texture so I can easily exchange it with another one
I prefer this alternative.
